Amanda... this is big time stuff. WOW... way to go!

Wow, seriously brave of you to go on FOX NEWS with Rabid Hannity, surrounded by a Republican Strategest and a Fox Contributor. Saw this segment live, and especially enjoyed the second segment where y'all seemed to be having such a good time. See, Republicans are people too!
  • This is a little stupid. Our president was ONLY talking about companies that are abandoning their "free market" position and asking for government hand-outs.

Everyone agrees that private companies (or publicly traded) that are in the hands of shareholders, can do what they want with executive compensation.

The ONLY question about government compensation on the table is for companies, who through their management decisions, are now asking for government subsidies or handouts.

As a taxpayer, i do not like bailing out companies that have failed. I generally say: LET THEM FAIL.

But, in cases where we feel that it is in our interest to keep these companies going, I think, as a shareholder, I would like to what shareholders go which is manage their investments. Starting by reigning in overpaid fat cat executives is sensible. It's a no-brainer.

Did you miss this reality or are you just a blowhard who likes to make others sound stupid. But, we're tired of this, ask smart informed questions.
  • You survived well! :)

Oddly, whenever I intentionally watch Fox News, they turn out with a fairly light mood. But whenever I chance into it, the screen is full of crazy-angry talking-heads!
  • Weird! I've had very similar experiences when I tune in!

The governors also represent the states that get huge amounts of federal funding compared to Minnesota that gets back .85 cents for every dollar sent. Do these Republican governors have a right to complain. We're actually happy to take back the money and use it for creating jobs and economic stability in our country. Starving their economies and pleading frugalism as a virtue -- fine -- let them govern his state as they will.

I like you much more when you're in your element! ;)
  • Well done Amanda. They were talking about charging by the mile in the UK too last year! Some interesting dynamics on the panel, but you were spot on! x
  • Amanda you look fantastic as always. Miss you guys. Glad to see you doing so well :)
  • Miss you so much, Brooke.
  • Hi Amanda,
