I have to be honest here, I have never stood in line for a gadget that will most definitely have in the end by asking for bespoke service or executive assistance ( most stores have the service even apple stores ). It's not food or anything life essential, and believe me I get the hype of owning a fresh new phone but when I bought my 3G iPhone I just went into the store and was out of there in 10 minutes, no lines, the very day it was released, so there you go… not that I am bashing at the people who do, it's a matter of preference, you either will stand in line or you won't. Cool for those who have their 3GS now, it's a whole new thing.
