I'd like to think I had something to do with helping start both conversations!!! I will say this: we are a nation of laws and rules. Once we make habit of breaking those rules, law ceases to exist.

Well, trust me…it really DOESN'T matter. None of us will die by the use of poor grammar. That said, I think it's a portent of things to come in a place and space where we don't care HOW and by WHAT MEANS we communicate.
As for Jon and Kate: Good Riddance. They're both horrible. While I understand they are not the sole producers of the show, as a broadcaster myself, I don't think we should reward their bad behavior.
