    Billie Jean!!!!!!
  • RM
Billie Jean. Maybe it is my ex Catholic background but I expect a lot more than RIP as most of the MJ posts state. I can see MJ moonwalking on a slick floor shined by some Billy Mays product with Ed McMahon yelling “HiYo” in front of millions of Farrah posters.
  • love the creativity RM

Billie Jean is one of the best song of the '80 for me.
  • James
Hmmm...would have to be "I Love Sleeping With Little Boys, What's Wrong With That? It's Natural."

    Seriously..."Beat It" rocked. Van Halen!

Dancing Machine was 1st Jackson 5 single I bought. Very 70's.
  • rmpenguino
Man in the Mirror for it's message & Pretty Young Thing for it's beat, seems you can play it anywhere and people dance
  • Steve L
That's right. I can also see Elvis jumping out yelling "what'd you do to my Lisa Marie you little freak"!
  • rm
I can see Elvis jumping out too but after decades of peanut butter/banana cheeseburgers, he probably couldn't catch Jacko but Billy could get the stains out of his sequin shirt.
  • Steve L
I can see Billy yelling "but wait, there's more" and a loud voice replying "no Billy, not this time"!
  • Sam
Rockin' Robin is a quality tune.

There is such joy in their faces..
  • Patrick
Used to think it would be " Thriller" or "Black or White"...but going back through his number ones today....I gotta go with "Dirty Diana"...hmmm... Wonder if he meant Ross?

    Love your show!

I always loved the Jackson 5 cover of "I Don't Know (Why I Love You)" Orig done by Stevie Wonder. Both versions are available at my site tanjents.com if you are interested.
As a child A CHILD he just had it.
I remember him mentioning in an interview that he had NO IDEA what these early love songs he sang meant.
