I spent from 4pm to 9pm at the various Delta gates in SLC watching people come off of flights originating on the west coast. I did not see him. I bet he comes in on an early AM flight tomorrow and then exits the airport form one of the other terminals. Because a fully refundable ticket gives you the option to either A- ride standby on an earlier or later flight same day by paying a $100 change fee or B- use the credit from the cost of the original flight to rebook another flight on another day.
