wooh...sounds like the U is the bully in this case. Perhaps the students at Butler can turn the table by supporting the blogger at the on-campus trial. That would be a great opportunity.

    Sweet today, Amanda.

Wow. More bullshit on this case. Look up "free speech" before you make yourself sound stupider than you already do.
  • ProudBulldog
To add on to my comment—any website that automatically decapitalizes letters in comments isn't worth the time of anyone. Move on to a more reliable source, not this garbage.
  • prouderbulldog
yeah you're right, we'd hate for you to stick around and make yourself look "stupider than you already do" lmao

you must have been an english major at Butler

I really enjoyed this episode. Strange to hear about a university so trapped in fear... and apparently hell-bent on ruining this kid. Keep ruffling feathers, Amanda an co!
  • ProudBulldog
"Apparently" is the operative word. As a student at this school, I assure you that she is leaving out a LOT of evidence in support of the university. Free speech is hardly the issue in this case, but libel and threatening emails sent anonymously to administrators. I don't think I'd like to attend a school that does not take every precaution in regards to safety, would you?
  • Ralph Willow
Great stuff. What can the administration possibly be thinking. Read what Jess has to say at www.akadoe.blogspot.com and sign a petition in support of Jess at www.ipetitions.com/petition/butler
  • silenceduegood
The university is definitely to blame here. Butler is ruining its good name by chilling free speech on campus. Disgusting.
  • ProudBulldog
Where is your source of information for your statement that the university "is definitely to blame here"? Surely not this trash, I hope? As a student who attends this university, I assure you that a LOT of information is left out of this opinion piece.
  • jimmulrony
Oh, ruffling some feathers, I see. Always like that.
  • FrankSt
You have nothing to worry about unless you, like this guy, call someone a "liar," "Immoral," and "unethical." That's defamation.
  • wondering
Is calling someone a liar, immoral and unethical defamation if the person they are referring to lied and behaved immorally and unethically?
