I love it! I had a similar concept when I had way too much office space in Phoenix...but I never pulled the trigger. Now that I'm Montana, I find myself leasing space in a friends office. I'm glad to see things like this spring up.

A number of good sound-bites there : "the new economy", "co-working", "in the future, everyone will be self-employed." " small businesses need community and infrastructure. This is a fantastic idea, not surprised it's successful. Web-based businesses especially seem suited to this model. Great vid.

Work in offices and homes. I fix people's computer problems, go to people's homes and businesses. Why work for someone else with low pay?
