What’s the big mystery? Are there really weird forces at work here, or is it just a way to make a quick buck?

Ever notice "tour guide speak"?? After the zillionth tour, the guides start emphasizing words like "will" and modulating down in pitch at the end of sentences. I was fascinated by your guide at the mystery spot (which was actually pretty interesting). Fun vid.

Yo, Amanda! This reminds me of the old Haunted Shack at Knott's Berry Farm!

If there were really a strange natural phenomena there, then that phenomena would be displayed without strange floors and stairs.
  • they claim that the shack was built there 60 years ago or so and that it slid down the hill... which is why it is all crooked.

I always wanted to sneak into a shipyard and knock out all the things that keep big boats from launching just to see the look on everyone's face in the morning. That is what I got out of that. You are still cool.

Next time stop at Mystery Home Depot first and spend $4 on a 2-foot level. The mystery will be revealed.

I was going to say something about a crooked house (like todd henson), guess that 's what the mystery spot is, a landslide that made everything look slanted?

There used to be a place in Orlando called The Mystery Fun House that had a room like that, but a quick Google search says they closed down in 2001.

They used to have an attraction at Six Flags Over Texas that was just like the Mystery Spot. However, it was called Casa Magnetica.
