It's legal to walk around topless anywhere in my province of Ontario. For almost 20 years now. And it's colder here. Ew.

I think there's a similar law in Canada that allows both genders to be topless in public. Personally I think what's weird is that this type of gender equality is considered weird, given all the good work towards equality in pretty much every other aspect of life!
