I’m a fan of Wayne Dyer’s Power of Intention. More about positive *attitude*, than positive *thinking*. http://bit.ly/2MQbYg

It's the way to go... for everything.

I believe you attract to you what you think about, if you're negative, then bad things will eventually happen to you and vice versa.

(Of course, this doesn't seem to work very well in the case of technically-savvy young men thinking about young ladies all the time, can't win them all...)

Positive thinking without action won't get you very far

I believe it. I'm positive this has been a crappy day!

yahh...sure always should we think positively to be optimistic in all our beautifull life....:)
  • Allen
I love how the thumbnail? frame is the one guy that flat out said "no". lol

Positive thinking is great and all, but proactive thinking will probably get you farther ahead in life. If one is forced into circumstances beyond their control it probably doesn't hurt. Half if not more of your existence is lived within your own mind, so why not tweak that to be a safely optimistic place?

Speaking of unemployment, what I've noticed is that the street parking, which is normally empty during weekdays, is now far more full of cars. It's a noticeable difference, but at least I'm not alone! lol

Well said, Allen! Perhaps it is a combination of the two, haveta keep a positive attitude for proactive thinking and actions to occur. I am positive and accomplish a lot!

"the power of the tongue"...so true. I work in a large group of people. All it takes is one negative tongue flapping at will to poision the well. luckily, we've all worked together so long, we kind of see it coming, which mitigates the damage.

I do believe that thought is a force which radiates both inward and away from the thinker, with considerable influence in both directions..
  • I positively think that changing my daughter's poopy diapers is disgusting. I also positively think that she'll be potty trained one day. So, yes,,,I believe in positive thinking.
